You'll see navigation on the right side "File Cabinet". These are categories that I can label posts by and helps for easy searching.
Blogs are set up to read the newest posts to the oldest. When you get to the bottom of a page, you can keep going back in time. But that's not really how I see this working. The categories on the right ("File Cabinet") will take you to all of the posts in the category and you can scroll down and go to older posts if available. When you're done with that, you can click on another category or simply click the top of the page to go back "home".
To keep things somewhat organized, I will use a person's first name for a category/label. So Grandpa Dan will be "Dan Warren". No disrespect...just easier to find. So I will not be putting "Aunt" or "Uncle" by someone's name.
When you click on a photo, it will make it bigger. Then you can "x" out of it and return to the blog post you were on. If you want to save a photo, click on it to make it bigger then right-click and "save image as". Any video links will connect you to YouTube in a new page.
There is an opportunity for anyone to comment on a post which will help add to what is here. It could be a story/memory or it could be a correction.
Also, if you e-mail to thethirstypoodle.1950@blogger.com, that e-mail will get automatically published for others to see. And that should work if you attach photos. The photos should get published as well. OR, you can send things to me at alanrandrew@msn.com
This is an ongoing effort. But it was time to start. Please weigh in with stories or help clarify information.
